Who Am I?

I am a communications professional with over 10 years of experience. From creating, managing and publishing content to developing strategic communication plans, I have effective and direct communication skills with a proven ability to reach out to a wide array of audiences.

With a diverse background in communications, technical writing, and hospitality, I have experience in developing project plans and managing schedules, documentation and communication channels for projects with multiple contributors. My strong focus on customer satisfaction and quality is supported by over 15 years of experience in customer service and team-oriented environments. I am also an experienced public speaker who applies polish and professionalism to presentations.

Growing up in Brantford Ontario, I spent 2 years living and working in the Canadian Rocky Mountains before moving to Vancouver where I lived for 15 years. In 2011, I made the move to France to experience life on the other side of the pond.

Dedicated to personal and professional development, I bring my enthusiasm for learning into my work. A self-propelled individual who aspires new challenges, I enjoy applying my skills to dynamic, creative projects and environments.

  • Develop and maintain user guides and online help information while taking advantage of single-sourcing tools to streamline work loads
  • Oversee the planning of information needs and documentation for new products and developments
  • Follow development cycle to ensure existing documentation is updated accordingly
  • Work with the onboarding team to develop training materials for training sessions
  • Regularly review and discuss user documentation needs with the Customer Service Teams to improve existing documentation and develop new solutions

  • Created, verified and continuously improved website content to produce commercial texts that best reflect the style, amenities and facilities of hotels to optimize the number of reservations
